Front Office is white collar job. When guest enter to hotel they are the first department which will interact with Guest only after that they are going to meet other departments and enjoy their stay. First impression is last impression, Guest stay will varries on their activities they make towards guest.
HOUSE KEEPING
House Keeping is also one of the major Department of Hotel like a pillarto building. when guest arrives to hotel they need a place to relax from entering to lobby to guest room every passage and corner is cleaned and made tidy all thetime. which house keeping is responsible for that.
F&B SERVICES
Food and beverage service is like hand of Kitchen and serving food to guest. When guest is hungry and like to have food f&b service plays main role to serve guest either in resturant or in a guest room (Room Service).
F&B PRODUCTION
food preperation for guest is done by kitchen Department, only having manpower to serve food is not enough to serve that food prepared by kitchen department manpower need to fulfill to kitchen department to ensure delicious and hygenic food is prepared by Chef in kitchen.
